The first point of contact for every passenger's inquiry. Customer Helpline agents are in-charge of handling all discord support tickets and assisting passengers in any way possible.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 13 years old, including a 13+ ROBLOX account and safechat disabled

• Must possess a device capable of handling discord and its external features

• Must be able to meet monthly ticket quota (5 tickets per month)

• Must be active both by attendance and chatting with others on our discord server

• Be mature and professional in your duties

• Must be in the OlympicAirRBLX ROBLOX group
